One-on-one meeting software
Every manager on a healthy cadence.
Cadentia AI keeps one-on-ones happening, prepared and followed through — so commitments stop disappearing and leaders can finally see how the organization is really doing.
Four seats free with unlimited 1:1s. No card required.
The problem
The 1:1 is the first thing to slip and the last thing anyone measures.
Most companies decide managers should hold regular one-on-ones, then never find out whether it happened. Meetings get moved, then dropped. Commitments live in someone's notebook. By the time a resignation letter arrives, the signal was three months old.
Cancelled, then forgotten
A 1:1 pushed twice is a 1:1 that quietly stops. Nobody is deliberately skipping it — there is simply nothing holding the rhythm in place.
Same conversation, every time
Without a record of what was agreed, each meeting restarts from zero. The blocker raised in March is still a blocker in June.
Leaders flying blind
Executives can see revenue by the hour and have no idea which teams have stopped talking to each other. Engagement surveys arrive twice a year, far too late.
How it works
Three habits, on autopilot.
Bring your team in
Add people one at a time or import a spreadsheet. Each person gets an activation email, sets their own password, and lands on their own 1:1s.
Pick a template and a rhythm
Start from a built-in question set or write your own. Set weekly, biweekly or monthly per person. Cadentia handles invitations, prep and reminders.
Meet, decide, follow through
Both sides arrive prepared. Notes and commitments are captured in the meeting workspace and carried into the next conversation automatically.
Pricing
Free for a small team. $12 a seat when you grow.
Start with four seats and unlimited one-on-ones. Add billing only when you add a fifth person — nothing you have already created is ever locked away.
Questions
The things people ask first.
Can my manager read my 1:1 notes?
Your conversation stays between you and the person you meet with. Leaders above you see whether 1:1s are happening on cadence and how many commitments are open — never the notes or answers. If access is ever shared beyond the two participants, it is explicit and visible to everyone involved.
Do I need to connect a calendar?
No. Cadentia schedules and reminds on its own. Calendar sync is on the roadmap for a later release.
What does the AI actually do?
It drafts — a suggested agenda, a summary for the participants, a note that a theme keeps recurring. Everything is labelled as AI-drafted and a human confirms it before it counts. AI features run on your own Claude or ChatGPT key, which an admin connects in settings, so usage is billed to you by that provider.
How do people join?
An admin adds them with a name, work email, department and job title, or imports a spreadsheet. Each person gets an activation email and sets their own password. Invited people count against your seats; anyone deactivated is archived, frees the seat, and keeps their history.
When does it start costing money?
When you add a fifth seat. The first four are free forever with unlimited one-on-ones.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — people, sessions, answers and departments all export as CSV from settings, at any time, including after you cancel.
Regular one-on-ones become trust.
